Did anyone in yours?

I don't know how many Kennedys descend on Aspen. Its a lot. I mean dozens. Don't know how many condos they rent. Might be enough to rent several floors.

Jim was slugged well below the belt. I mean well below the belt, and he was in pain for hours. It was totally unexpected, so he didn't have time to protect himself. We were minding our own business in Ute Mountaineering, a climbing store at the outdoor mall. We didn't know who those people were until after the fact.

Two big men came up on each side of Jim and hooked his arms. A third man stept in front of him, told him to leave, and then it was over, except Jim was doubling over, almost crumpling to the floor.

We... he should have filed assault charges. Knowing then what we know now, we would. He would. I bet it might make "national" news now. Absolutely outrageous and indefensible.

It really soured my opinion of the family. I know that may be unfair. But none of them ever offered the slightest hint of an apology. Like it didn't happen, and people like us either don't exist, or aren't worth talking to/with.
