I have a stationary bike I rode before the ACL injury, while watching something on You Tube.
Only time I watch is late at night before sleep, and then after the rude awakening that pisses me off. I watch bowling matches, news like Chris Hayes, Lawrence O Donnell, Rachel Maddow, or network news.
I watched the Olympics.
I was ok'd to resume bowling last week after four weeks of healing. Still wear the brace indefinitely. You might be able to bowl. You should ask.
