I think this is one of the saddest musicals they ever made and when I was a kid it depressed me and made me cry. Still makes me cry, but the music is so beautiful you have to watch the movie.

This song is for my beloved brother John ,who recently passed away,l hope he is flying with the angels. My heart longs to be with him ,just for a few seconds.l love him so much.

I was 6 yrs old and sick. this movie was on late at night and I stayed up with my dad just us and watched it. throughout the years he has given me a CD of the music a DVD and we went to see it in DC area3 -4years ago. I have collected carousel my life. makes me smile cry every time. makes me feel safe and young. yes I love this movie and every song

I saw the movie of Carousel when I was 10 years old, and I have never been able to get through watching without crying.
My troubles with the church are about over. Friday I go in to remove my instruments--- we all are and give notice they need to find an accompanist. We are done.
You can look away from a painting, but you can't listen away from a symphony
