I don't know who the right leader may be, but I do know that it has to be someone with a lot of experience there, reasonable and likeable, and who has excellent leadership skills in dealing with people with such varying needs and viewpoints. It is like leading cats. Not just anyone can do it.

Pelosi should help choose the right one in the Senate because no one in decades has had her skills, but she no longer wants the job.
