Looking at maps of territorial sea claims around Europe I noticed there is a strip of international waters in the Baltic between Estonia and Finland if anyone fancies taking a punt on offshore broadcasting in 2024 ? While I could think of at least a dozen reasons why its not a commercially viable proposition in the 21st century I wonder if Estonia has a marine offences act ?
