A few months ago Trump threatened to block Caribbean leaders from traveling to the United States if they didn't shut down the Cuban medical centers across the region and send the doctors back to Cuba.
I don't think Trump & Rubio ever came up with a legit reason other than the usual cold war mentality blah blah blah..
