Like I said, the 1st couple times I heard him I thought, "hmm, interesting guy", because he was echoing some of my new ways of thinking about the Black condition and the way forward, including having spent too much emphasis on things like busing, integration, dependency on gov't largesse, fighting crime, sticking to one party no matter how badly we were treated, etc etc. But then I caught on that he was selling those ideas not because he believed them but because the Neo-Conservative movement bubbling up at the time wanted to put up a couple Black faces to push through their anti-Civil Rights agenda etc. Woodson was truly a neo-CON MAN! Lol
