Hope you can fix it Norman, can’t help there. What I can say is don’t get HP! Even ‘Which’ says same.
I’ve had 2 of them for years, very good not many problems. I subscribed monthly to ink as I was using a bit for my choir music.
Long story short they stopped me from using the cartridges in it after I cancelled, wouldn’t work! I’d spent a fortune over the years for pages I just wasn’t printing. They got the better deal there. It was just mean. They wouldn’t let me use up what was left.
I saw a post HP had on Instagram and everyone was complaining on there about their service. They were showing off about racing cars I think but all the replies were frustrated printer owners!
I posted my thing and got a reply there saying she would sort it with my details. I declined unless they did it for everyone, went quiet.
Sorry about rant.
