Please note that the Coop Bank is NOT now part of the Cooperative movement and that operatives in the shops will not be aware of any information relative to banking.
The Bank is now a part of the Coventry Building Society and rebranding will begin during 2026.
I might add that the Coventry BS is a well organised mutual which you can trust and which has access via an app which is very easy to use. Where Telephone contact is preferred my experience is that the service is also very efficient and user friendly.
