thanks Mac, I wasn't aware of the takeover. After the dodgy phone call I did a search on line and found the co-op bank and rang the number listed . The woman on the end of the phone never mentioned it was part of another group.Non the less she was very helpfull and checked my accounts for any suspicious activity and thankfully there was none. I urge everyone to have internet banking if only to check and make sure no one is taking money out of their account.
