It's interesting that the inquiry concluded that there had been multiple failures to prevent this tragedy on the part of the parents, the police and other authorities, yet nobody is going to be held accountable.
The article detailing AR's history of violent and other suspect behavior is absolutely horrific, yet nothing was done.
It reminds me of those stories I read about burglars being convicted and then it mentions that they have a history of 64 other similar offences.
Some people are just a menace to society and should be taken off the streets.
