They are very low.
I have no idea who came up with those limits but in today's world they are close to delusional. Our government is totally out of touch with living in the real world for the Middle Class. If you file your taxes jointly with your wife, the limit is $212,000.00 annually to qualify for the $185.00 Part B premium. Anything over that and the premium rises. Income of $212,000.01 to $266,000.00 equates to a premium of $259.00 (individually). I don't know what the Part D limits are as we are Part C people.
