I'm thinking it'll be pretty easy for us...relatively.
I think all we'll have to do is choose a Part D Prescription Drug plan. And there's an on-line resource that let's you find the plan that includes all of your medications. And some of them have a $0 dollar monthly premium and are highly rated. My wife and I are getting our Social Security, so we'll be automatically enrolled in Plan A and Plan B. My previous employer automatically enrolls us in Medigap Plan G, which is the best of the Medigap plans. AND they'll pay $120 of the monthly premium. They'll also let me keep my Dental plan, at around $48 a month.
