To reiterate: If one truly values the truth it needs to be upheld wherever one goes. Trump said Kimmel said horrible things about Kirk. I can't find any evidence of that. It's Trump that Kimmel was making fun of. Trump wanted Kimmel off the air.
ABS did not say they were suspending the show due to falling ratings and viewership. They said they were pulling the show due to comments Kimmel made. When Disney starting taking a financial hit as subscribers cancelled their subscriptions, Kimmel was allowed to come back.
Johnny Carson (I've watched his show numerous times) was what I call safe humor. So was Merv Griffin. But safe doesn't get us thinking.
