They've always been a problem. Fact is, they tend to sound pleasing, but that's because of tailoring, not accuracy. One thing to be noted--they never reveal data on their speakers. They offer up a pleasingly a designed V-shaped sound which caters to those who aren't concerned with accuracy. You would NEVER use Bose speakers as monitors. Period.
