this is what he does. he's done it his entire adult life. his wife knew this about him when they first got together and accepted it/him.
if you're gonna say now that he has kids he should stop...I suppose an argument could be made. but if not doing it would make him miserable because this is what brings him joy then would that make him a better father?
plenty of people do things that have a high risk of death
