Western is the king of the "can't get there from here" campuses.

JMHO, but Circle Campus will be close to the top of the should downsize list after that. However politics may have a huge say.

The case of Edwardsville dwarfing Carbondale is almost unique AFAIK. Can't think of any other school where the child/satellite/whatever campus has overtaken the original. But, here we are...
