student loan repayments are starting up again, which will drain discretionary cash out of the economy. Previous Message seriously, man. you're just parroting stupid talking points. 2% is a good inflation number. the economy sucked last year. 7.7% sucks (though still better than most of our peer countries, but i digress). if you're going to only look at the current numbers in combination with last year to frame it as a "Thanks Biden!!!!!", to get to 2% cumulatively, we'd have to have massive deflation at the moment. Which would be catastrophic for the economy. this shit really isn't that complicated, but it's more nuanced than the lens you use to view life through.
