To watch. I'm sure there plenty of nicer stadiums. But no one chooses to not go to Sox games merely because there are nicer stadiums.
The average person who goes to a baseball game hasn't been to a bunch of stadiums to compare. It's just a casual day hanging out outside, cheering for the team, eating junk food. GRF is just fine for that, but the team sucks and has for years. That's why people don't go.

Three of the stadiums ahead of it on that list are basically national landmarks, and a fourth won't be used after next season.
Also, everybody thinks it sucks, because it was built at the absolute tail end of the cookie-cutter stadium trend. Camden Yards opened one year later and immediately made New Comiskey/US Cellular/Guaranteed Rate Field a minor laughingstock.
