Also, black coffee really helps with skipping breakfast.

1) Do a lot more heavy lifting 2) Start skipping breakfast (or pushing back). I've never tried this before, so should be interesting. I am already starving too. 3) Skipping drinking at home 4) Eating more salads/eggs/chicken 5) Not eating out as much 6) Do a cardio class during lunch while WFH 7) Morning yoga/stretching
