Previous Message Oh, it doesn’t. It does whatever the conservatives want by making up their own rules and interpretations. Also, screwing precedence and decided law, too. Previous Message All she does is take jabs at the Court for what she thinks is "dodging" the situation and burdened by "anxiety" and "dopey" pragmatism. Some of that may be true. She doesn't try to rebut even what her fellow liberals said regarding why they may overturn. People also often want the Court to decide relatively narrowly when they can, as they may do here.
