Down about 10 lbs. Doing 10K steps and full weights/day, along with the carnivore diet and no booze. Archived Message

Honestly not even trying to drop much weight anymore. Was down around 80lbs at the end of 2022. So really just focusing on putting on muscle and just getting overall more fit. But I probably had some "holiday weight" I needed to get off me as my current % body fat is as low as it's ever been in my entire life. Which is not bad for someone 48 years old. Even better is I not only have not had a drop of liquor this year, but I honestly don't even miss it nor do I even think about it anymore. I did a 2 month sobriety back in early 2022 which helped launch my big weight loss. But I still thought about booze alot and eventually fell off the wagon. But I don't even think about it anymore. I am early to bed, early to rise. So booze would definitely not help maintain that ritual at all!Previous Message Not in the challenge, but I’ve managed to stick with the plan I started in early December and I’m now down over 20 lbs. Probably more than that in fat because I’m lifting 5 days a week and started back on creatine. Should be back where I was before Covid by the end of summer.
