Super Bowl, basketball games 4 nights this week, 2 parties for mrs. Effin's birthday, & too much eating out / on the road. Also struggling with my foot, but it seems sticking with the elliptical and some full body video workouts is OK. Can't really run, walk, lump, or do lunges though or I'm limping around for a few days. Get done with high school basketball (though my kid isn't even playing in the postseason) probably next week and we should have some more time during the week. Previous Message Not in the challenge, but I’ve managed to stick with the plan I started in early December and I’m now down over 20 lbs. Probably more than that in fat because I’m lifting 5 days a week and started back on creatine. Should be back where I was before Covid by the end of summer.
