and the notion that this is fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine should apply here is dumb. If Willis is disqualified, the new prosecutor would have the discretion to whatever he or she wants with the case, including dismissal, but the charges here are pretty strong. I've said all along - the worst thing that Trump did during any of this was the phone call to the Georgia SOS. I'm guessing you don't apply the same rule to the House impeachment inquiry of Biden. The informant on which the entire house of cards was based has been charged with lying.
