The January 6 case isnt overtly political, but I think it’s a tougher case to prosecute. But, again, his conduct was criminal.
Of course the New York case is political. I have a hard time believing anyone would contend otherwise.

The other cases are political, particularly the NY one.
Agreed the house impeachment inquiry of Biden is political, that said many people predicted impeachment would just become a political tool once it was used on Trumps Ukraine phone call.
Cheapened everything about impeachment, making an actual case for impeachment over 1/6 mean less.
Willis yesterday was one of the worst witnesses I’ve ever seen. How she was ever elected is wild to me and Dems should be praying the judge tosses her off.
