Previous Message Previous Message couldn't prove that they were "children" and they dropped it. Obviously this only works if it's a high school that's involved. Previous Message Does it mean during the arriving and leaving times and other times when school children are visible in plain sight, or does it encompass the entire school day including when all are in class?
