And he might already be convicted in NY and facing multiple trials in the fall when he would want to be out campaigning. Might be too clever by half. Previous Message Hear the case late April, take a few weeks to decide, render decision when, June? Then need to reschedule the trial with enough lead time. Add in another delay tactic or two and it’s past the election?
