Seems like most of the criticisms you’ve leveled at Tomlin apply equally to Harbaugh, and their records are fairly similar in terms of results.
He made (and won) one Super Bowl, which was a total fluke run when Joe Flacco turned into the greatest QB in postseason history for 3 games. Other than that he has underachieved in the postseason almost every year, including a truly terrible stretch the past 5 years when he’s had an MVP, HOF caliber QB and barfed a fart every single year.
He’s won a lot of regular season games, sure, but he also has had loads of talent to do so.
To be clear, I think Harbaugh is a really good coach and I’m glad the Ravens have him. But I don’t see a clear separation between him and Tomlin in terms of resume or track record. If anything, I’d give Tomlin a slight edge when adjusting for the talent they each have had.
