You’ll disconnect the 4 leads on the back and unscrew it from the head shell. You can probably take the entire head shell off for ease of maintenance.  Previous Message records are scratchy.  Previous Message Picked up this mid 70’s Kenwood top loading cassette deck from Goodwill. It needed all new belts and a thorough cleaning, but was in otherwise excellent condition. Need to start keeping an eye open for more cassettes.
