Previous Message Yet another new release Friday is here with a big ole nothing. Thinking back, I am struggling to remember much dropping since last summer. It's not a numbers issue either, there is no shortage of bands I follow who have up until recently been hitting the studio and are still out on the road every year. I just don't recall this much of a gap in new tunes (and I'm not expecting bands who released something last year immediately following that up, I've just always had a handful of new albums every month across the board) Don't know if it's a seasonal thing, related to the economy/politics, just an off time for the styles I like, or an overall industry trend. How's it looking for anyone else?
