She said the problem is that people often go off of the drug and then just immediately gain the weight back because they never learned how to eat right on their own.
We went with self restraint and exercise, so far 15 lbs down in 2025.

instead of going off my GLP-1 in a couple months when I hit my goal weight, which my doctor determined to be my healthiest weight, I get to go off it now!
Or I can switch to a new doctor that works for a program created by the insurance company.
