Massive economic damage, complete free fall in our position in the world and the broader world order, massive sabotage to government capacity and capability, and a precipitous slide to authoritarianism and shredding of the constitution and our basic system of government. And all of these are completely self-inflicted, things they have fought for and gone out of their way to cause.
