Previous MessageFor a couple reasons… 1) If you grew up in the 90’s liking grunge music, this has to be the quintessential “that’s what it’s like to be a rock star” performance. Just a solo shirtless heartthrob dude grinding away at an electric guitar with no backing vocals or instruments while playing a pretty iconic song in front of 100,000 sweaty/high/drunk/angry young people. 2) For the reasons mentioned above it’s kind of a great encapsulation of that era of music, but also more or less signified the end of it.
