It's a great course and I'm continually surprised at the hate it getsArchived Message

This is less about you being "meh" about it than what I've heard from talking heads this week and Hunter Mahan's comments a few days ago. The pros seem to love it, and there is a ton of risk/reward on the course. And living in Charlotte and having walked the course no less than 20 times, they have found ways to keep it fresh.
The stretch of 14-18, which includes the Green Mile, is a great ending 5 holes. - 14 is a drivable par 4 with water all along the left and bunkers on the right. You can go for it, but you had better be accurate. - 15 is a long par 5 that has a lot of protection for the green - 16 requires great iron play and accuracy again - 17 doesn't have the same aura as the island green at Sawgrass, but it's a challenging par 3 with water all along the left and cutting in in front of the green some. You can bail out to the right, but then you have a very tough chip going back towards the water - 18 has the creek all along the left, up past the green as well. You have to hit the fairway to have a good shot into a 2 tiered green.
Maybe I've just got more admiration for it because I've walked it a lot and seen it in person, maybe it's bias because its my hometown course, but to see it getting literal hate from some people is crazy to me.
