soft boil 2-4 eggs (4 min. in boiling water) Remove and plunge in ice water Mix 1/4 C panko and 1/4 C parmesan cheese in a bowl In separate bowl beat 1 egg In separate bowl mix 2 TBL flour and S&P to taste Peel cooled (about 10 min. ) eggs Roll peeled eggs in flour, then raw egg, then in panko/cheese mix Drop eggs in hot oil of choice until breading is perfect golden brown (about 45 seconds)
