Effect seems pretty consistent (my understanding is that gummies can be unpredictable) and the taste is nice (I don’t like the taste of cannabis products). I’ve never smoked a thing in my life and am very uptight about drugs whether legal or illegal, but I have definitely been won over by gummies. They are the most effective way to get to sleep and stay that way since menopausal sleep disruptions got started. That said, I typically only use them once or twice on weekends. I like to take one about an hour before I go to bed and just chill with The Repair Shop while it kicks in.
Definitely recommend starting small and seeing what effects are. I have settled into a 5mg THC dose as my sweet spot. I would recommend starting at 2.5 if she is not used to it (cut a 5mg in half or a 10 mg in quarters).
