Giving them the tiniest dose can give them comfort that they aren’t going to jump out a window and then you can start building to higher doses. Previous MessageEffect seems pretty consistent (my understanding is that gummies can be unpredictable) and the taste is nice (I don’t like the taste of cannabis products). I’ve never smoked a thing in my life and am very uptight about drugs whether legal or illegal, but I have definitely been won over by gummies. They are the most effective way to get to sleep and stay that way since menopausal sleep disruptions got started. That said, I typically only use them once or twice on weekends. I like to take one about an hour before I go to bed and just chill with The Repair Shop while it kicks in. Definitely recommend starting small and seeing what effects are. I have settled into a 5mg THC dose as my sweet spot. I would recommend starting at 2.5 if she is not used to it (cut a 5mg in half or a 10 mg in quarters).
