So leaks were invisible. You had to be alert all the time for a high pitched whistling. Except that you also had to wear hearing protection, so you had to listen extra hard, because if you walked into a leak, it was under such high pressure (2200 psi or so) that it could sever a limb. But I was a man, so I didn't really care.
