What tiara is Queen Wilhelmina wearing?

What necklace is Queen Wilhelmina wearing? I cannot recall any of the recent/current Dutch royal woman wearing such a necklace.

I assume Queen Emma is wearing the Dutch rivere necklace which is now worn as a tiara?

Who is the lady to the left of Queen Wilhelmina - I presume it Prince Henry's mother (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Princess_Marie_of_Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt)? Frustratingly she appears to be wearing very, very grand jewels but they are blurred. Does anyone know of a better picture?

What about the ladies on the side, two women sitting across from Queen Emma appear to be wearing substantial tiaras. Who are they?
