Queen Mary's 1937 garden party brooch

This 1937 video shows Queen Mary wearing what Beth identified as her diamond sautoir unhinged to form two long necklaces. [Edited to add: Seen at time = 0:45]
I had assumed that she wore at her throat her Russian Sapphire Cluster Brooch worn by QEII for her 2014 visit to Italy. But after viewing the Vatican video, to my eyes the Queen Mary 1937 brooch appears to have a larger sapphire. Am I wrong?
