Cihuatlan has had the anti-venom in the past, but unfortunately, the situation keeps changing. Our ambulance team was promised by the director of hospitals to get training and a supply of anti-venom so we could help 24/7. That never happened. I'll be back in La Manz next week, and that's one of the things on my list to deal with ASAP.
