Just chew up your cigarette slowly.  Put the wad on the wound.  The nicotine will be taken into your body thru the membranes of your mouth while you chew.   Personally, I would just put a nicotine patch on my chest and charcoal with a bandaid on the sting site.  Hi dose injectable vitamin C is also said to be highly effective.  Poisons from insects, snakes, sting rays, etc are similar. They can be neutralized.  I'm thinking Edta capsules would also be effective.  Thing is, no harm in trying, should know fairly quickly if they work. Besides, that nicotine will also gobble up those yukky nanobots in your body! How great is that!
