Fitness Class returns for second season. I call it my passion class because it allows me to be uber creative when making the dance, exercise routine and playlists.
You can count on some rock'n moves and tunes to get the class hyped up. We start with a light stretch and fun cardio dance segment to get the heart rate up and then transition to body weight exercises through a few of the following:
~ Drills (improve speed y agility)
~ Circuits (focus on different muscle group with breaks between)
~ Partner work (teamwork motivation)
~ Mat work (for the core)
~ Active floor work (targets lower body)
Challenge yourself safely and have fun exploring your body's capabilities. Modifications are provided for people to access the exercises at their level.
We end with a longer stretching segment to enhance personal flexibility and prevent soreness for the next day.
Wear exercise shoes, towel & water bottle. KaiZen Gym located across and up the road from the Oxxo.
