Hatha yoga unites us with the flow of self awareness in a healing and harmonious way.

Fitness class starts with a light stretch and fun cardio dance segment to get the heart rate up and then transition to body weight exercises followed by a longer stretch. Wear exercise shoes, towel & water bottle.
