Agree the throw on the run is overrated. Coaches stressing during training are making a mistake.
If a basketball coach spent 10 minutes each practice working on 1/2 court buzzer beaters instead of taking that 10 minute to work on finishing your shot in the paint with your off-hand it would be ridiculous. My eyes tell me softball coaches are working too much on 1/2 court buzzer beaters.
