Lover to Lucaya - King of Hawthorne - Father of Six

She wasn't in the den when the King awoke. His wife - she must be outside. Bellona and Ruax were curled up by his side. The usually malevolent King couldn't help but feel himself soften by looking that this. He had children now, with the Queen of Hawthorne. Looking back, he couldn't imagine his life would turn out this way or how happy it would make him. Every day, he thanked whatever higher power was up there for how he turned out. For giving him another chance at life, to become happy. Lucaya was the love of his life, and they had six beautiful children together. If anything were to interfere with that, he'd make sure there was hell to pay. He knew that Lucaya would be stressed about her family, and even the Royal weddings that were occuring soon enough. Wisteria and Yesimire had found their suitors. He prayed that those boys would keep the girls safe. He was their family now.

Audits perked to attention at the sound of Lucaya's - stunningly beautiful - call. Nibris quietly stretched his legs out, not really wanting to wake the two sleeping next to him, but figured they'd be attending the meeting as well. "Bellona, Ruax.. It's time to wake up. Your mother needs us at the meeting."

he murmured gently to the children, before standing up. His nose dipped down and nudged the little ones for a moment, before sliding out of the den. That would wake them up. His limbs carried him over to the throne he and Lucaya shared, stretching out his newfound wings in the process. They were clumsy.. but he'd get used to them. Lucaya now had horns growing from her cranium - which he found incredible. He hopped up on the throne, gently nosing her cheek. "Hello, love.." He murmured gently, taking his seat beside her. "Bellona and Ruax should be out soon, I've just woke them." he explained, before gazing down at his daughter Skade. "Hello, my dear. I didn't see you go out - I must've been sleeping still." a soft chuckle left the multi-hued man.
