The Borealis woman watched as her flirtatious gesture to the Skyborne before her laughed. A smile stayed present on her face, it had been so long since she truly felt she could smile. She had no fear in the presence of this male, her heart seemingly skipping a beat with every look at her and compliment. ”It doesn’t happen often when someone else painted with the sky comes along my path, particularly, a diamond in the rough such as yourself, Lady Aurora! You my dear, are painted with the beautiful Borealis itself! That may have been a normal occurrence at your old clan, but you are the first I’ve seen here in Starfall!” She gave another giggle, her eyes closing as she did.
"I'm the only in Starfall I've seen so far." She said, her ears flattening a little before they perked up again. "But you're the first I've seen who can fly! Winged Ethereal were not something my clan ever had seen!" She said, admiring his wings with an excited grin. Her eyes flicked to meet his, pink dancing across her cheeks. "Let’s cut the formalities, yes? I’d like to get to know you on a personal level. Please, just call me Hermes, or even just Herm.” She gave a smile and a nod. She turned to be beside him as he moved, standing. ”So, Aurora. Tell me more about yourself. How did you come to Starfall? Where do you reside? What do you like to do?”
Her ears flattened a bit and her smile fell briefly. "I-" She looked to meet his eyes, not noticing her gaze had fell when he asked of her home. She knew well enough that Tarben was not well liked. "I mistakenly live in Tarben, though I don't stay there long enough to actually consider myself a resident." She said with a sigh. "It was the first place I found, they were returning from war. I came in and was instantly asked to stand on a pedestal surrounded by filthy men to be eye candy, claimed and I'm supposed to bare children with whomever claimed me. Beartooth is sick in the head. So I try to stay outside of there." She said, looking out to the stream instead. "The laws there are disgusting, the men are pigs and the women are all either heavily into being playthings for anyone who wishes to lay with them or they're like me - Thrown into something they didn't know would be anything like it is and terrified of the outcome if we leave." She said quietly before looking to him. She cleared her throat. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to ramble." She said softly, an almost embarrassed look on her face.
