But my gym partner and I have been doing high rep workouts and my morning workout is frequently 2 hours now.
It’d be like 2.5 if I did the 50 challenge and I literally don’t have time for that.
It’s a good routine though. Push Day / Pull Day / Leg Day and do it twice a week.
Crunches everyday. Half hour of cardio everyday. That ends up like 2 hours 6 days a week.

Doing another 3 day fast this week, might stretch it to 3.5 days.
I've done a three day and two day (January 2-4 & 8-9), consuming nothing but water and two electrolyte packets per day. The other days, I just try to eat normal and moderate my drinking. Granted, I was in Denver for for days last weekend, and Austin for two days the weekend before that, so that hasn't been great.
However, I'm down 21 lbs. since January 1 and feeling great.
