Seems like Arizona might have been one of those states.

If machine voting is gotten rid of - more polling stations stood up - might help? The machines are an expensive business - would save states, counties, etc.,...lotsa of money to get rid of them. Smaller polling stations also means ballots are counted and validated in one night. Okay - I'm old enough to remember.
