Upon proper registration with required credentials, voter registration card mailed to voter at physical address on drivers license. No PO Boxes.

Registration must be done well ahead of election.

Voter registration card & drivers license checked and noted online upon entry. Name snd address verified. No way to vote more than once.

Voter signs serialized hard copy registry and is issued a blank serial numbered ballot 5"x8" card. Same serial # as on registry.

Voter casts vote on first electronic machine, then inserts card in machine.

Voting machine prints visible OCR vote info on card which voter can review. No name on card, but vote could be traced to manual registry by serial # in the event fraud is later suspected.

Ballot card is then placed in separate second tally machine.

Vote is now recorded independently on 1st & 2nd machines, and can be matched and re-matched 100% any time after polls close. Hardcopy ballot is permanent, visible, recountable document.

Recounts would yield results which will match 100% to original independent machines counts.

In and out in 10 minutes.

Vote results quickly tabulated at county and state level.

Not a hint of vote count fraud. Extremely low possibility of voter fraud. Fraudster would need multiple physical addresses to get multiple voter registration cards, and would need multiple drivers licenses matching the voter registrations.

To protect voter privacy, Election Commission will not allow general access to hardcopy register and ballot cards to see how individuals voted. Access to this identifying information would be permitted only in the event of an official legal investigation.

If you fail to vote in a state/federal general election, your registration is canceled and you must re-register to vote in a future election.
